After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Izuno keeps his eyes on Rufus while he quickly preforms Boar → Dog → Ram handseals. When the row of seals is complete you notice water summon to the left of you..a good sized portion of water..

"So you saw what I did. You know the basics on how jutsus are preformed so give it a go. I'm looking for detailed answers.."

-I quickly preform the handseals Boar → Dog → Ram, whilst doing this I gather up a solid amount of suiton chakra, then I release it into the nearby lake, doing this I manipulate the water so it moves up into the air in the centre of the lake.-

-I start by gathering up a decent amount of my suiton chakra while I'm gathering up my suiton chakra I preform the Boar → Dog → Ram handseals when I have completed the handseals a decent size of water is summoned next to you, Rufus.-

-I gather up a large amount of suiton chakra, then I start to concentrate my suiton chakra into the river next to me, keeping the flow of chakra steady so, while also doing that, I add more force and rotation to the water source thus making the water to turn anti-clockwise, making a whirlpool. A strong whirlpool at that, and directed it on a path right towards your clone.-

-I start by gathering up a reasonable amount of suiton chakra, then I spilt my suiton into 1/10 of my own chakra, I gathered up, now I begin to make a clone of myself out of water, I release my suiton chakra into the water around us, then I manipulate the water to slowly shape it into myself, I stand there quietly so my clone to look like me, hoping it worked, I grab the mirror you gave me just before, everything looks fine.

-I start by ordering my clone to walk over to the water/lake over there, once my clone is in the center of the water/lake, I release it into the water around it, from there I release some more chakra into the water along with the previous chakra from the clone, then I manipulate my chakra thus doing this 4 decent sized water projectiles a formed, I make sure the water projectiles are shaped and sharp enough to piece your clone, they seem sharp enough. I send the water projectiles flying at your clone.-

-Since I am at a fair distance from your clone, I ran at your clone and start to strike your clone with multiple hits, kicks, punches all that. Then with the last kick I kick the clone up into the air, while all that is happening I gather up so suiton chakra and then concentrate the water chakra directly in and around my arm, then I swing my arm up in a arc shape, releasing a crescent blade of water and I strike your clone with the blade of water.-

Pro: Gives a good beating with the bunch of strikes, but its good cause you can use a more powerful moves maybe add some taijutsu moves into it.

Con: I basic lighting based jutsu would be able to counter it since the person using the palm blade is holding it of such, and would get hurt.

-I start by gathering up a decent amount my suiton chakra, from there I manipulate the chakra I gathered up, in the ground just under your clone once doing that I manipulate the water thus doing that the water will push your clone up from the ground. I put more chakra into the move to launch your clone right up into the air.-

Pro: A simple water jutsu, good to put your target of balance and use a follow up attack.

Con: It's quite bad if your target is at long range.

-I start by performing the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals, once performing the hand seals I gather up my water chakra in my hand. Doing that I manipulate the water chakra into a vortex, that I blast towards your clone. Creating a spiraling wall of water.-

Pro: It's good since it can either be used for attack or deference purposes.

Con: Since the jutsu is made with your palm, the target can use a lighting jutsu to hurt you, even more so.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

Practice these handseals a lot. Then by using a body of water to manipulate a large water dragon.
