i think that itachi's taking the same steps as madara

not itachis done with. he was terminally ill in the first place. his fight with sasuke finished him off

We can assume that Madara took Itachis eyes but i wouldnt be suprised if Zetsu ate him like all other dead akatsuki (who had a body to eat, so only sasori and itachi). I dont like the idea of zetsu doing that but really who would be suprised
and i bet once sasuke relises that naruto is more powerful than him he will take itachis eyes, which is what madara wants and then sasuke will play into madaras hands
This is just a random thought, Obviously to get Mangakyou you need a sharingan and the pain of a loss of someone close to you
and to get EMS you have to take and MS from a clansmen
Do you think Kishi will go all out and say if someone takes EMS from someone who has EMS they will pretty much be god?? hahaha i doubt that but who knows

thats what supposed to happen. in the manga all it really said was it if you take sharingan from your own blood you get the perfected form of ms

think of like laser opration on the eyes.
like u would say that zapping ur eyes would make them good again so here it's the same but here its like putting new chakra into it revives it there u can see cristal clear
