(Theory/idea)How Hashirama beat Madara(perfect Susanoo)

madara said that he did not use it on hashirama since everyone died who ever madara used perfect susanno on and hashirama was still alive and the only ones to ever survive against it who madara said where the 5 kages.

Well we all know that Madara used Perfect susanoo on Hashirama but the question is how did he still lose? Well im thinking if Yamato who has 1/10 of Hashiramas mokuton power and can make a house from nowhere like the picture below and shape the wood to whatever size and shape he wants. Is it possible for Hashirama to make a huge Mokuton wood style warrior to match up to perfect Susanoo?! So if you think about it it can match up to perfect Susanoo and if it gets damaged it can regenerate and continue to fight.
This is just a Theory/idea I thought of and it does seem plausible to me. Please no flaming or spam this is MY THEORY/IDEA if you dont agree please explain why?

True but whenever he used perfect Susanoo on the kages he said since Hashirama isnt here no more the maps wont have to be redrawn drastically at least something along those lines.

Perhaps.. His mokuton gives life to everything so it is possible, but I don't think he would need it.

I had a theory just like this and it is definitely possible. Another theory is that Hashirama restrained the PS with mokuton and sucked/suppressed the chakra right out of it.

makuton binds/cease all chackra flow thats how he defeats his perfect susanoo. that is why wood styles is the most powerful keke gengei.

I think his healing jutsus gave him an edge, nothing else. Sooner or later both of them would've gotten injured, but Hashirama was able to heal without the seals, and Madara wasn't. This is a huge advantage in battle.
