We all know Tsunade is gonna die. Some of you might be saying DUHHHHH NARUTO. And this isnt a stupid thread like Choji > Edo Madara. I Personally think Naruto cant sit and do paperwork all day like Tsunade and the Village isnt gonna be attacked 24/7 for Naruto to get action on the job. So my first guess is definitely Kakashi hes the most qualified in the village. OR if Sasuke has a change of heart, (highly unlikely). Sasuke and Naruto can be Co-Hokages just like the 3rd and 4th. YOUR THOUGHTS????

Most likely Kakashi, Naruto even said that he doesn't want to become Hokage if he can't even bring his friend back to the village. Also, Kakashi may be better suited to running the village, as Naruto is better suited to protecting it, Being Hokage doesn't just mean that you have to be powerful, you have to have good decision making skills to keep the village running efficiently and safely.

If Tsunade dies, shikamaru's father will take leadership, if he can lead the allied shinobi force so effectively and efficiently then protecting the leaf shouldn't be much of a problem.
