Appearance The Kazekage has auburn hair, dark eyes and is usually depicted with a very stern look on his face. He wears a simple black jacket and pants with mesh armour underneath. He carried a small canister strapped to his hip. As he got older, he gained two creases around his mouth. When using his Gold Dust, dark markings appeared around his eyes that bore strong resemblance to Gaara's own dark markings. During his time as Kazekage, he wore the standard attire of the Kazekage which consisted of a loose fitting blue kimono with a white jacket and the signature hat with the kanji for wind (風) on it.

Personality: Befitting his status and responsibility as leader, the Fourth Kazekage cared deeply about the well-being of his village, so much so that he was willing to ally with Orochimaru to destroy Konohagakure to bring Sunagakure's resources back up, despite knowing Orochimaru is a highly dangerous criminal. This turned out to be a fatal mistake on the Kazekage's behalf, as he and his bodyguards were betrayed and assassinated by Orochimaru. Upon returning from the dead, he hoped that the Third Raikage was right about the next generation being strong enough to stop them from their mindless actions. He also had a habit of putting "value" on things which might be an allusion to the fact that he used gold dust.
He loved his wife and children dearly but was also torn between his duties as the village leader and those as a father. This conflict was seen when Gaara was deemed a failure by the council, he was visibly disappointed and ultimately decided to give his son one last chance before deciding whether or not to eliminate him. To this end, he was willing to set an elaborate and potentially heartbreaking lie to see his son's determination. Seeing the failure, he chose the village's safety over his son.

Given his eventual willingness to sacrifice and later ally with Orochimaru for the sake of Sunagakure and the greater good are evidence to suggest that the Fourth Kazekage had a strong utilitarian mindset.

Weapons and Accessories

Gas Mask - Due to the effects of his own created element Diethyl Ether, Yondaime is forced to wear a gas mask as to not suffer from the effects. The gas mask, when worn covers his nose and mouth only, so as not to have loss of vision. It is mostly seen with his gas mask worn around his neck. The gas mask made out of golden colored snake skin, is built in such a way that it filters gases and air and other substances that go that are harmful to him.

Dual Swords - He wears each one on his back.

Hojojutsu/Nawajutsu Grandmaster - As stated in the link (Located in the title), the user is capable of manipulating the chains/ropes/cords by mere thought process as they contain the user's chakra.

Golden Hojojutsu Chain - Yondaime has dense Gold and black metal chains that he uses for his Hojojutsu/Nawajutsu techniques hidden underneath his suit and wrapped several times around his body. On the end of the 20 meter chains is a metal snake head with fangs capable of clamping down on an opponent when Hazama pulls backwards on the chains. The Snake Heads hide the knots of the chains, but can be revealed at any moment with a thought from Hazama. The chain wrapped around his body makes it hard for him to be cut down by simple blades or shot down by arrows that haven't been enhanced by chakra, however it decreases his speed and maneuverability The gold is painted and not real gold.

(Gado Tetsu Suna no)-Gourd of Gold Dust - Yondaime Kazekage wears a gourd that is full of, and made of Gold Dust. Gourd looks similar to Gaara's sand gourd. (Link to previous Yondaime Kazekage bio)

(Sakin: Gourd Akutibe-shon) - Gold Dust: Gourd Activation

Description: After performing a series of three hand seals, the user will “activate” his gold dust gourd to act as a shielding mechanism from incoming attacks. The gourd will instantly turn itself into gold dust and block any incoming attacks. The user can choose not to be shielded by the dust if he desires. The gold dust can block attacks from any direction even below ground. If the user looses his footing for example by a swamp or a river. The dust will turn into a floating platform to hold the user. Although in this state the dust can not be used to shield from any other incoming attacks. The gold dust can block A rank and blow techniques. Concentrated lightning techniques (A ranked) or powerful enough lightning techniques such as Kirin would easily get passed the defense. A ranked fire would be hot enough to melt the gold dust. If used to block an S rank technique it would work but the activation would end. The shield can't block S ranked concentrated lightning techniques or fire techniques.

Intel The Gentlemans Hat - A Top Hat found and worn by the Yondaime, it has the ability to attack, grant chakra if he ever runs out. This hat is always worn by the Kazekage.

Description: Intel is a Gentleman's Hat or Top Hat worn by Hazama. It sits on his head very securely in such a way that it sits low across his forehead and eyes; making direct eye contact impossible. It can only be removed if Hazama touches it. Hazama came across this hat on his first set of travels of leaving Iwagakure. He found a few out of character things for the hat that has become to be quite special. The hat, it would seem, allowed the wearer to channel a vast amount of chakra into it and store it completely until when the wearer most needed it. Hazama would speed nights on end almost completely depleting his chakra into the hat before he slept, to see how much chakra the hat could store. The hat was given its name 'Intel', for its ability to grant the user complete awareness of the battlefield as long as the wearer has it on its head after charging chakra into it. After a week straight of almost spending his chakra from the night before, Hazama gave up on the hat and just continued to wear it. It was then that he noticed that the Hat seemed to be trying to insert chakra into him. Thinking no in his head, the hat obeyed. Hazama reckoned that he had enough chakra in this hat to make him capable of performing multiple techniques if he were ever to be completely drained of chakra on the battlefield. From that moment onward, Hazama never went into battle without the hat on his head. The lining of the hat was made of thin, sharp chakra metal. Hazama could easily charge wind or lightning chakra into the hat and use it as if it were a dangerous weapon. The chakra metal in the hat extended a barrier around the hat, increasing it cutting efficiency. Hazama is capable of throwing the bladed Top Hat as a projectile and it always comes back to him in a way that will not cause harm to himself. The cutting power of the hat is the equivalent to a circular Saw.
Note: Intel gives Hazama enough chakra upon request after depleting his to perform up to and including B Ranked techniques for 5 turns.
Note: If Hazama takes the hat off, or depletes the Hat of chakra, he will not be able to use the hats sensory technique.
Note: If all of the chakra in the hat is used up, Hazama will no longer be able to continue battle.
Note: Hazama can only channel lightning/Wind/fire chakra into the hat to achieve the B Ranked chainsaw attack. This can only be achieved once per turn and each element can only be channeled once per battle (3 attacks total)

Additional Information

Stone Will - Hazama has a really strong willpower and carries the Stone Will from his very proud village of Iwagakure. Having such strong will means that in a fight, small injuries are not enough to stop him. His will to live for and protect the village is a very great deal, it has helped him many times in fights. Yūki, though fearless, does not mistake this for lack of caution from a dangerous opponent.

Magnetism - Yondaime is capable of producing strong magnetic pulls with his magnetism element, allowing him to quickly gather metal and gold dust objects with ease.

Gold Dust - Yondaime is capable of using Gold Dust Techniques with as little as one handseal. After using at least 3 Gold Dust Techniques, unless stated otherwise by the technique to achieve it earlier, The Yondaime's eyes turn a dark black color and is so far unexplained as to the reason why this occurs.

Heat Resistance - Training with elements that exude heat at a level closest to the sun has given him resistance to heat and complete immunity to Solar Wind and Blazing Earth Release. Yondaime is also capable of walking on Blazing Earth without being hurt.

Background Info
History:

When Orochimaru approached Sunagakure with the proposition of joining forces in invading Konohagakure, the Fourth Kazekage agreed due to the economical decline brought about by the Land of Wind's daimyō using the shinobi of Konoha. Hoping that the success of the invasion would prompt additional funding, the Kazekage planned to have Gaara unleash Shukaku from the centre of Konoha during the Chūnin Exams to put the Konoha shinobi at a disadvantage from the get-go.
Fourth Kazekage was used by Kabuto Yakushi alongside other deceased Kage, in order to fight against the Allied Shinobi Forces.
When Mū, despite his camouflage, is later detected approaching the Fourth Division, Kabuto has him summon three other Kage in order to provide support. Amongst this number is the Fourth Kazekage who, during the conversation between the others, discloses that he was only aware of their exploits due to his elders. While the others are preoccupied by their mutual desires to confront each other, only the Fourth notices his son's Third Eye observing them from afar.
Pursuing the retreating division throughout the night, each of the Kage lament the possibility of opposing shinobi from their own respective village, with the Kazekage remaining sceptical of the Third Raikage's belief that the current generation had surpassed their own. Confronted by an enormous wall of sand, he integrates his heavier Gold Dust into the approaching wave in order to slow it down, under the presumption that Gaara had already unleashed Shukaku. Divulging that it was this very method which allowed him to stop the beast in the past, just as his son manages to restrain them with arms of sand, he then dwells on their strength having increased. When Gaara finally comes into view, he is shocked to see his son before him rather than Shukaku, causing him to question about the beast's location, receiving in reply that Gaara was no longer the jinchūriki his father had created.
Admitting the growth of his son as his counters continue to fail in the face of Gaara's Shield of Sand, the Fourth Kazekage comes to the realisation that all a parent needs do is trust in their children, contradicting his prior concepts of value. Declaring that Gaara's strength comes not from Shukaku but instead from his mother, he tells his son that Karura truly loved him and explains that it was he who had ordered Yashamaru to lie about his mother simply as a test. Apologising to his son for all that he had stolen from him during his childhood, he acknowledges that for all his failures as a parent and having no right to call himself a father, he was still glad that Karura's strength had helped Gaara throughout his life.

Sigh. Clan Wars. The good ole days. And lol. They were and still are completely normal. lol. I cant wait to put them into effect again. I wonder how they will hold up with all the crazy stuff we have going on now. And they are underrated.....simply because we barely have any cannon techniques. Me and Mathy pretty much had to make the normal stuff. Even Then Caliburn and others said that they would yank them from us if they deemed it necessary as they were just way...WAY too normal. lol.
