And well, it might not make much difference since he spams his Kamui already. Having both eyes would mean having both powers(Obito's version and Kakashi's version) so he might be granted Susanoo upon unlocking both powers. EMS might just grant you with eternal light and perhaps minimal chakra consumption upon using them. But it doesn't seem like it would make a difference since Obito seems to be capable of spamming his MS without consequences as it is. Perhaps he will be able to use Kamui to an even larger scale.

To get EMS you need to steal the sharingan period not just a siblings eye it can be anyone from the clan.You need tsukiyomi and amaterasu for suusano nothing else will unlock as they make the foundation of the form.he can use kamui without drawbacks because he has senju dna

On topic though, I thought that EMS only gave you the ability to spam your MS technique without any drawback and less chakra per use?Also I think the question you're trying to ask is what ability he'll get if he obtains Kakashi's sharingan since you need two for a new ability

You need to steal the eyes of a close relative for that to work. So stealing his own eye won't work. Just because rin died and he obtained Ms isn't proof of anything. So I'm pretty sure he can't get ems. Even if he did it wouldn't do anything for him.
