Hashirama was 45 when he died. Tobirama was about 38. He reined several years after Hashi died and died when he was 44. Whats the problem?

Just off the top of my head; I know that the age for Itachi is wrong. He died at aged 21. Don't know where you got 22 from.

That's their age of death, they are not born and they didn't die at the same time. . . . . . . . . think about it.

Nope they are 46. Jiraiya was 19 year old chunin when he found a 10 year old Nagato. He's 3 years older than Minato.

WOW! DAMN Sorry for saying this, but that sounds kind of stupid. If you seriously think about it, you would have said that he was Jounin. Cuz come on, he is one of the Sanin, you think he would have still been a Chunin at age of 19?

But, all in all, everything looks legit. :D
