I will be administrating your rain test and the rules are as followed:

-Rei's R&R
-You may only use water, wind, nin, tai and gen
-You may custom jutsus(only Water and Wind)
-Breaking the rules will result in the failure of the test.
-I will be using all 5 elements and Ken/Tai/Gen/Storm Release

Please do not spam this fight. Only Myself, the participant, Admins, Mods, and Senseis (upon request) may post here.

I'll be using my Yui bioagraphy for this test against you.

Location: A large open field with giant rock fixtures around us,with a water source Long Range from us.We start at Mid Range

Yui standing only a few metres away,channels her water chakra from below your current location.Causing a pillar of water to rise you uo into the air,Yui performs a handseal casting a genjutsu where the entire terrain suddenly changes into the inside of a active volcano.As your landing Yui performs a few seals again then applying her hand onto the groung,causing the earth below you(in genjutsu the lava slips open) to open into a cavern of sharp edged rocks making you fall into the lava in the Genjutsu

The moment Harry is thrust into the air he focuses his chakra into his mouth and blows out a stream of wind, causing him to move backwards into Long Range. As Harry is moving towards the ground, he preforms the Ram → Tiger handseals and spits out a stream of huge amount of sticky liquid towards Yui and the area between Yui and him, immobilising Yui the moment it comes in contact with her feet. The moment Harry lands on the ground, he starts running towards Yui while focusing some chakra into his feet to run on top of the starch syrup field, grabbing 4 kunai from his pocket and throws them at her, 2 are aimed at her legs and the other 2 at her shoulders. As soon as the kunai have left Harry's hands, he notices that earth in front and underneath him opens into a hole, and focuses his chakra into his right hand, creating a strong spiral of water coming from his hand and pushes him up into the air and out of the cavern, and while focusing his chakra in his feet, he lands on his feet on the starch field, next to the gap in the earth.

One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

As Yui finishes the Cavern,she hears the slight whistling in the wind,look to see you throw the kuneai,but her feet stuck in the starch,she channels her chakra into her feet causing a rampart to rise under her freeing her from the starch,as Yui is still on the rampart,she can see you coming out of the carvern,she performs a seal creating a chidori in her hand and swiping it to unleash a barrage of lighting needles traveling swiftly at you but Yui at the same moment after,performs a few seals again channeling her earth chakra to fall from directly above you to drop.The needles and mud are almost instanly done making difficult to evade.

The moment Harry raises up from the cavern, he notices Yui standing on a rampart and creating a chidori in her hand. Harry immediately stops with the torrent from his hand, and while still moving upwards, due to his speed, he focuses his chakra in right hand. When he is about to punch his hand forwards, he notices the shadow above him, and instead of punching forwards, he punches his to his right side, causing him to be 'thrown' towards his left side, barely avoiding the mud that falls down. Just before Harry reaches the ground, he preforms a handseal and releases a burst of chakra towards Yui, causing her to only see darkness. The moment Harry is finished preforming the first handseal, he makes a 'Ram' handseal and spits out a huge amount of water, which knocks Yui over since she is unable to see it coming.

Yui still on the rampart is watching you the whole time when suddenly her eye sight is blocked but remembering you perform a handseal she then realizes that its a Genjutsu,she then performs a single seal causing her to disrupt her chakra flow allowing her to break the Genjutsu.As Yui reopens her eyes she notices the water coming at her,she then channels her chakra infront of her creating 5 massive tornadoes to move in the same direction clashing with the water but still coming abit weaker.While this happening your vision of me is blocked,Yui then performs a few seals to cause thunder cloud to form right above your last known location,the several bolts of lighting desend to the battle field to appear and strike you down cause servere damage.

The moment Harry sees the 5 tornado's coming towards him, he quickly spits out a large amount of water that forms a barricade between him and the incoming tornado's, intercepting them. As the techniques cancel each other out, Harry starts running forwards towards the spot where he last saw Yui, and while running he notices from the corner of his eyes that a big thunder cloud formed itself above him. He quickly exhales a huge blast of wind upwards, while still running and as the wind technique destroys the thundercloud Harry grabs two scrolls from his weapon pouch and throws them above Yui's head, who he now can see since the water has fallen down, while focusing his chakra in them. As they are above Yui's head hunderds of weapons are summoned from the scrolls and rain down on Yui, while Harry stops running and crouches down about 5 meters away from Yui.

Yui apon the rock suddenly hears a quiet moment when a faith whistling in the air looking you to see white streaks coming as a blade slashes past her face,she quickly manipulates her earth chakra do create a earth armour around her to stop the blade from hitting her anymore,as the barrage is stopped she stops channeling chakra from the earth and lean back from behind the rampart and freefalls at first then begins to run on the rampart.Due to her beginning unable to be seen she performs a hand seals and causes rain to start developing on the field,but as she looks down she remembers the starch from earlier so keeping her chakra in her foot she walks onto of as she reaches bottom,with now the ability to sense your location,she performs a single seal due to her water mastery(look in bio for reference) and causes a water dragon from the river not to far from us to create a water dragon to appear from behind to grab and send you into the air then coming down to make you crash into the carven made earlier.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

The moment that sees Yui's armour appear around her trough the weapons which are falling down on he preforms the handseals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog while taking a deep breath. A split second later, when Yui starts falling/running down, he exhales several wind blades, while moving his head rapidly, aimed a Yui and destroying her armour, while at the same time penetrating her arms, and blasting holes in her arms (note that the distance between Harry/Yui is around 5meters). Now Yui is falling motionless towards the ground, Harry starts running towards her, while still focusing his chakra and creates two shadow clones next to him. Still running forwards, the clones create 2 rasengan's in his hand, on in his left hand and one in his right hand, and while Yui falls onto the starch field, and is immobilised, Harry stands next to her for a second before slamming both his hands down on Yui's body, his left hand ends up on her chest, leaving a big hole in her chest, and his right hand hits her throat, ripping it apart.


Forgive me for being so cruel, but I deemed it necessary to end it this way.

I assume from your description that I already made my clones, since that is a action I prefrom Immediatly after sending the wind blades, and at that point you fall down in the starch. If I am wrong, tell me and I'll edit my move if you agree.

As Harry Runs towards Yui, he notices the light forming around her hand. Suspecting that a Lightning attack is coming, Harry exhales a surge of wind all around him, that forms itself at the same time as the laser beams form itself from yui's hand. At the same time Harry's first clone (the on on his right side) slams his hands onto the ground and summons a huge amount of water 10 meters above Yui's form. While the first clone slams his hands onto the ground, the second clone grabs 2 scrolls and throws them above Yui, summoning hundreds of weapons that penetrate trough her body, just a split second before the water comes crashing down at her. Then the real Harry takes a defensive stance while the second clone walks trough the weapons on the ground to check if Yui is still alive.

My main reasoning is your usage of the Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm, and the Wind Release: Hurricane fist techniques, first of all you used a technique that releases a stream/torrent of water from your hands to propel you in the air, it's water and not really "compressed" and it has a rather short reach, so you wouldn't be able to use that to lift you up in the air, and if you did it wouldn't make you evade a technique that has a large radius like the "Devouring Earth" technique, not to mention in that move there was a timeframe misconception, you altered it a little to your advantage.

Moving on to the usage of the hurricane fist technique, you used it while being in the air, like you said after being propelled by the "Azure Dragon Palm" technique, "punching your right", this wouldn't push you to your left, you'd need the wind vortex to hit a solid surface, creating enough pressure to get you out of the way, the way you worded this makes you release the wind vortex into the air, which wouldn't do anything but continue in the air, not to mention your timing of it makes it extremely difficult to get out of the techniques released at you, considering how fast the lightning needles go, and how big the mud is.
