4th hokage sage mode?????

hey everybody this is my first post so i hope it goes well... Was it ever 100% said that the fourth hokage had sage mode???? he had ftg and rasengan and toad summon but did he have sage mode????:shrug:

thats what i had thought they always mentioned him surpassing the ones who came before him, but it is also unsual that the fourth didnt master it considering he was a genious...

But until we know more we cant say that he had it.

But maybe minato turned it down, as we have no proof of him actually having sage mode

Sage Mode requires a huge amount of chakra, Minato wasn't particular known for having an exceptionally large amount of chakra, I assume Jiraiya had more, and Jiraiya hadn't even perfected it Minato would most likely not have a sufficient amount of normal chakra to support the nature chakra.

Sorry, I love Minato, Fu***ng awesome jutsu but not known for having a large amount of chakra.

well i think minato was not that proficient in controlling nature chakra... maybe he didnt have that much chakra like naruto or jiraiya... after all, naruto inherited his chakra from his mother kushina not from minato i guess. also.. he cant use it against madara since he needs time to be still... and in front of madara and also the nine-tails rampage... he cannot do that... he must act quickly and so he did, using his body flicker technique

No-one knows the answer to this, since no-one in the actual manga or anime has mentioned it. People have implied it but it's not enough to say that he has it, but then no-one has said he didn't have it.

I't been implied that he had it, but there's no real way to tell for sure unless Kishi shows us it. I wouldn't put it past minato having it considering he was extremely smart and considered a rare geinus seen once every generation at best.

I don't think Minato had SM. During Naruto's training, the focus was more on him surpassing Jiraiya, not Minato. It definitely would have been mentioned during that time that Minato had SM, unless maybe Kishi wanted to keep the surprise twist regarding Naruto and Minato a secret and didn't wanna mention him? But it just doesn't make sense storywise...

When Naruto was fighting Pein Fukasaku and Shima said that naruto has surpassed those two before him and it showed Minato and Jiraiya. This clearly means that Minato knew both Fukasaku and Shima so he very well could of had it. There's no reason to say he doesn't have it when it hasn't even been stated if he has it or not. Also i don't know where people get the idea that you have to have large chakra reserves to learn sage mode because it never said that in the manga from what i know of at least.

Also it's heavily implied that Minato did have a very good amount of chakra considering he was able to transport two tailed beast bombs and the kyuubi out of the village, and was still able to summon bunta, and use the reaper death seal.

So there is no posibility for even and incomplete form with even more frog like features then jiraya? cause that would be pretty awesome.
