Well; Itachi, Nagato, Hashirama, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, etc. have all lost a fight.

The only truly unbeaten character is Darui. He's 2-0, not including Edo Kakuzu, which may be another win depending on who beat him.

For me the next characters have the best win/lose record in no specific order:

3rd Raikage (fough for 3 days againts 10,000 ninjas thats alot of win over loses)
Sasori (took down a country, thats alot of people and hasnt lost but 1 battle that I remenber)
Itachi (took down a clan and was undefeated till death)
Nagato (Took down a village and alot more. Undefeated till death)
Madara (only one who could defeat him was hashirama so that tells you how many wins he had)
Hashirama (undefeated till death. And defeated once more by hiruzen)

There are more but this are the ones that have the best Win/Lose record to my point of view
