[Theory] What if Shisui used KA on Itachi?

Lets say Shisui used KA on Itachi to make him so determined to protect the village at any cost? He said he tried to use it to stop the coup d'etat, but danzo took his eye that might have left him with only one possibility to use Itachi. He wouldn't risk it if Itachi chose the to stay with the clan. Danzo represents 2 possibilities to him here:

It could also be that Danzo did it, but I doubt he would get the eye and be able to use it in such short time.

Anyway the whole point of this is to discuss "the one who knows everything". I have been of the belief that it is Uchiha Shisui, though it doesn't really matter. The person (or persons) will tell Sasuke this, and what would he then do? Would it make him change his mind to help Naruto? Or will it make things worse?

I think it would make him change his mind about it, but who knows.

Well all in all I don't see it as a high possibility, but it would be very much like Kishi to do something that would be very unpredictable, like he has been doing over and over lately.

I don't know about that considering Itachi tried to use KA on Sasuke though their relationship was hardly the same. However I pretty much agree with the people who said that Itachi wouldn't be controlled like that. They said witnessing a war as a small child is what made him that way.

I think exactly the same, which is why I think Kishi might do it. To blow our minds..

But Itachi himself said that it is the strongest genjutsu and the one it is used on will be unaware. I think it is possible to see if he used his eye, but that might explain why he didn't have it anymore. The jutsu works in a way that places something in your subconsciousness kind of like in Inception, when they want to make sure this guy wont sell the company..

He could have done it when Itachi was a kid, so that he no matter what would protect Konoha. KA or not he would do anything to protect Konoha, but it's like Danzo said when he used KA on Mifune, he wouldn't take that risk.

It's actually possible Shisui used it on Itachi, or Itachi must've used it when he got it because Itachi explained he couldn't use it on Sasuke during their fight when talking to Killer Bee and Naruto, so he had decided to give it to Naruto knowing that he, Itachi, couldn't use it on Sasuke. KA was used once before it was used again on Itachi while under Kabuto's control.

well, i don't know... seems Kishi made Itachi a pacifist due to the events he witnessed during the previous war and nothing has been implied about a genjutsu or ka so far. either way, Itachi used ka on himself to override edo, that's kinda ironic......

madara or obito fooled him. also itachi was fooled by the whole edo tensei thing in the end wreched his whole plan to use KA on sasuke.

Anyway, regarding the whole KA thing. If itachi was in KA he simply wouldnt know, the people around him would but not him. thats it really.
