but there are some animes that are avobe them.

I know DBZ its OP but there few (almost none) other animes that are above.
There is no universe busters in DBZ. The strongest character (Gohan) had the power to destroy a Solar System.
A galaxy at most.
The Gold Saints (The akatsuki from that anime) had galaxy busting abilities eah one.
And there is still more powerful characters.

This ^ They throw Galaxies around like they were mere shurikens. I don't know about the easy part though, Brolly could destroy entire galaxies by himself, and Gogeta is known to be much stronger than Brolly. Brolly's power level is stated to be 1,400,000,000, Gogeta is at 2,500,000,000, and that's only the Super Saiyan, not SSJ4.

Right,, All the Saiyan's of the Z warriors can destroy planets with a blink of their eye, Buu destroyed planets as if they were peas, Freiza ruled the universe until Goku nearly killed him (and Trunks finished him and his daddy off) Vegeto is considered the strongest cannon character of DBZ who I can pretty much bet could have destroyed whatever the hell he wanted to lol

Goku after the time skip could go Super Saiyan 3 (that alone made planets unstabble if he maintained too long), Gohan after the elder kai released Gohan's powers was stronger than a Super Saiyan 3, Goku and Vegeta fusing into Vegeto....Oh and then there is Buu, who took on not only SSJ3 Goku, SSJ2 Vegeta, Mystic Gohan, Super Vegeto, Majin Buu, SSJ3 Gotenks yeah....none of them are million's of times stronger then Cell -_-" They in fact are if not 10's of millions then 100's of millions if not a few billion above Cells Power Level :/
