My favorite anime its DBZ
but there are some animes that are avobe them.

I know DBZ its OP but there few (almost none) other animes that are above.
There is no universe busters in DBZ. The strongest character (Gohan) had the power to destroy a Solar System.
A galaxy at most.
The Gold Saints (The akatsuki from that anime) had galaxy busting abilities eah one.
And there is still more powerful characters.

This ^ They throw Galaxies around like they were mere shurikens. I don't know about the easy part though, Brolly could destroy entire galaxies by himself, and Gogeta is known to be much stronger than Brolly. Brolly's power level is stated to be 1,400,000,000, Gogeta is at 2,500,000,000, and that's only the Super Saiyan, not SSJ4.

Ironically, the only character from Anime/Manga that comes.to mind that ca bea DBZ is a digimon.

Some Marvel/DC Comics characters can do it too, the Demigods that is.
