Judging by its name, just write your honest opinion and thoughts on the matter.

At my high school, we just have to write like 2-3 paragraphs. The first summarizing the article or whatever you're reading, and the second paragraph is your opinion on it, in third person. It's probably way different though, and much more complex. And isn't your teacher or professor supposed to tell you this stuff? lol

Victoria University and its a catch up assignment.

If the assignment is a catch up, basically summarize whatever it is you need to "catch up" by listing a couple key details and a few major things that you've learnt or your opinions on something for a closing.
