we now know that Zetsu can be any and everywhere. He helped Kabuto find find all these bodies for his Edo Tensei.....what if...just what if Zetsu was able to retrieve Jiraiya's dead body at the bottom of the lake or whatever it was and Kabuto is saving him as his last pawn against naruto?

I wanna say if Zetsu "teleported" to the bottom of the lake, pond, ocean, whatever it is, the pressure would kill him before he could get Jiraiya's body. -_-
