Can the abilities of both MS eyes be used at the same time?

Example:

Lets just say that Obito has both of his MS eyes implanted in him. Would it be possible for him to stay "intangible" while at the same time use the other MS to warp an enemy to the other dimension.

If this were possible Obito could have been the most powerful Ninja ever even surpassing Hashirama, EMS Madara.

He most likely could have. But that jutsu is dangerous. He's only ever transferred incapacitated people to the other dimension because if they were alive and kicking then he wouldn't be able to go back to that dimension because he'd be tangible and at the mercy of whoever is in that dimension. To me if he had both eyes he would be in a bigger risk because of all the high class enemies that are currently fighting. Or at least, that's just how I see it.
