well lets look at the trends so far it looks like relationships of girl cahracters liking people from konoha usually turn to assault.
first it is kakashi and rin

then it is sasuke stabbing karin with a sword like shap

now naruto didn't tell hinata that he liked hinata even when hinata confessed her love like rin and karin showed for kakashi and sasuke.

so maybe naruto will use his own signature move the tailed beast bomb and sacrifice hinata by using this move like sasuke and maybe what kakashi did to escape the hidden mist ninja.

so maybe like the others hinata will be defeated by the one she loves and it will be naruto's signature move tailed beast or a powerful rasengan.

so do you think this is possible

ehhh I doubt it...if anything like that happens it would be Sakura getting hit because she steps between Sasuke and Naruto if/when they fight.
