Something has been bothering me and while I think I've gotten to the bottom of it I wanted to know what others think/say, anyway on to the point..there are some massive spoilers within so read with caution (I don't create many threads)

So as we all know Orochimaru now has his "arms" back (referring to the scene) I'm confused about this whole situation though, when the Third Hokage performed Dead Demon Consuming Seal (reaper death seal to be straight forward) to Orochimaru he was suppose to loose access to all jutsu..

That is the scene I was talking about. As we all know Orochimaru would later go on to switch bodies yet again, now this is what I'm confused about..

In this scene we can clearly see Orochimaru using jutsu, how is this the case? in the present manga time he stated just a few chapters ago that he can now use jutsu again with his "arms" back. Is this a loophole in the series or did I miss something? also what did he exactly get back with his "arms" now? I'm aware that he gets access to jutsu back but how did he ever loose it if he was able to use it against naruto with Rashōmon gates?

He could have the contract for the summoning on his body so that he didn't need to use handsigns.

well thats a pretty nice observation u have made herre..i dont know the exact ans but rashoumon gates is a summoning wwhich can be performed by somebody else also provided that they have the blood and hand seals...just like wat sasuke used ..remember.. he had some seals on his both wrist ..i think he used that...
