in order to have susanoo you have to have both eyes and had to unlock tsukoyomi and amaterasu before you can get susanoo, dont believe me go to naruto.wikia.com and search susanoo.

not only that but it states in the manga that you need to unlcok those abilities to obtain susanoo also when sasuke firstlearned about these abilities he used all at the 5 kage summit, he used amaterasu first then tsukoyomi afterwards suigetsu told them that they should leave but sasuke said that he had one more ability to test out(now if he could use susanoo at any time then why did he use ama and tsuko first, because he had to use them first to unlock susanoo).

we know sasukehas tsukoyomi, because of susanoo, and because in the fight with danzo he uses it and danzo escapes saying to sasuke that he know where near itachis level at using tsukoyomi to control time. we know for a fact that itachi was a beast tsukoyomi user and he could use amaterasu, sasuke is the opposite he has blaze release for hes a beast amaterasu user and can use tsukoyomi.

and finally madara, by this time now we all know that he was screwing with the kage in his fight plus he was an edo, so what would b the point in using amaterasu or tsukoyomi not to mention the fact that he had the rinnegan and hashiramas cells. the only reason he was in susanoo was in oder to do that bad ars meteor attack, have to have rinnegan and susanoo(naruto wikia), plus at this point in the manga we are all aware of the abilities that come with the sharingan it wouldnt b a suprise to the readers that madra could use amaterasu or tsukoyomi.

back to the main point of thread, no tboi cant use susanoo because
1. doesnt have both eyes
2. hasnt acquired amaterasu or tsukoyomi
3. if he could use it he wouldve in his fight with naruto when his kamui tactic failed and became useless

not the best proof that sasuke cant use tsukoyomi,cause he can, actually it doesnt really prove anything.
1. we know that sasuke is weak at using tsukoyomi, stated in danzo fight,so why would he use something hes not good at.
2. itachi was hailed at being the best with tsukoyomi so what would b the point in sasuke doing one as well
3. sasuke can use other genjutsu techs, like i said not good with tsukoyomi, instead he uses a tech that he knows well.

if that doesnt sufice then how about this. didnt you find it strange that sasukes said genjustu sharingan i mean we all know the sharingan can use genjustu so why did kishi word it like that and if it was a genjutsu then why didnt he put tsukoyomi sharingan on itachis, my theory is that sasuke wasntcasting a jutsu but breaking out of itachis tsukoyomi, heres my theory and remember its a theory an opinion not fact.

first off we know itachi is a master at controlling time with his tsukoyomi( his fight with kakashi, kakashi felt like he was being tormented for days when it had only been a second in real life) in your scan itachi tells sasuke to look into his eyes, when sasuke does this its possible he did for two reasons, reason 1 when sasuke looks into itachis eyes he is surprised to find himself locked in tsukoyomi reason 2 is that sasuke, we know, is a genius ninja and knows that itachi plans to put him in a genjustu. thats why after itachi said look into my eyes sasuke said thats its.

while they are in tsukoyomi itachi and sasuke spend some time forming a strategy to capture kabuto alive. while inside the tsukoyomi their strategy may feel like they spent hours devising a plan while in real life it has only been a second. Itachi puts them inside the jutsu for 2 reasons,1 they can use as much as 24 hours in the justu and only a second will have gone by in the real fight and 2 kabuto has no idea of what they are planning and it saves them time having to strategize and defend at the same time.

When they have formed their plan sasuke uses his sharigan to break free of the jutsu, we know that anyone who possess sharingan can break out of genjutsu especially if they have EMS, this is why the pic of sasuke says genjutsu sharingan because he was breaking free of itachis tsukoyomi not casting his own justu. Remember now this is justa theory and im in now way trying to come off as rude

Well, Madara can use it with rinnegan, and Obito has the rinnegan, so I see no problem. :shrug:

madara does not use it with rinnegan, he activated rinnegan after he use susanno'o in EMS form

so does everyone not get Amaterasu and tsukuyomi? well technically not tsukuyomi but a form of genjutsu sharingan, cus we all know Sasuke has a genjutsu form of sharingan not tsukuyomi.

Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, it's just much weaker than Itachi's version.

Susano'o requires two Mangeyko Sharingan eyes which both possess Amaterasu in one eye and Tskuyomi in the other to awaken Susano'o, also Obito has already stated that a Mangeyko that has unlocked Susano'o is rare as he told Sasuke when Sasuke was going blind also some Mangeyko's possess different abilities such as Shisui's KA and Obito's Mangeyko ability Kamui.

He must controll the same set of eyes. When used together, it unlocks its full potential (as stated by Madara when talking to Obito in their flashback). Sasuke even said in the Manga during the fight with the Raikage that you must unlock/master both MS eyes/abilities to achieve Susanoo. No where does it state you need Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi (other than this Databook people keep bringing up which they over-analyze).

Itachi had Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi and so he needed to master those to achieve Susanoo.

Sasuke has Amaterasu (better version) and Tsukuyomi (weaker version) so he needed to master those to get Susanoo. It may be because of blood relation he got the same abilities as Itachi or the fact that Itachi implanted his abilities in him as a trap for Obito. Essentially, it's these special abilities that depict the Uchia brothers (which I believe is Kishi's intention).

Madara....well....we did see a Sharingan genjutsu on the Raikage (not saying it was an MS ability) but he transitioned between EMS and Rinnegan so quick that I personally did not notice any special MS technique used by him (assuming the Meteor was a Rinnegan inspired technique based on his dialogue before using it). Needless to say, he just need to master both of his MS abilities to achieve Susanoo.

Never was it mentioned in the manga that you MUST AND ONLY MASTER AMATERASU AND TSUKUYOMI.

So yes every Uchia typically gets various MS abilities and not one or two set abilities.

Obito says it's rare to achieve Susanoo, not becuase you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, but because you need to master both MS eyes. Out of all of the Uchiha, there was barely a handful who could even unlock MS. That, in itself, is very rare, and not well known to begin with.
