Heiwashi, also Known as The Hyuga Monk or Phoenix Guardian casually strolls around the Lightning country with his Byakugan activated looking for some sort of fun. As he walks he takes a bite of an apple that is in his right hand while he uses his left hand to grab the war fan from his back which he uses to cut a stray bird in half with a simple vertical strike.
Heiwashi: Ahh damn bird, flying in my presence is a no no (throws the apple to the ground) Hm, I wonder if Missing-Nin can take casual strolls without problems around Kumo, but then again problems sometimes equal a fun time. Meh I need not talk to myself, if someone saw me they'd think I'm crazy.
The Monk continues talking to himself whilst walking around, randomly slashing down wild animals such as bears, wolverines, wolves and birds.

You are no where near kumogakure.The village is going through some "stuff" and its very dangerous as for now.So I suggest you stay away.
