Did madara have PS against Hashi?

I have been wondering if PS is a rinnegan or a EMS tech i think it would be EMS. The reason i think that is Madara talked about how without Hashi there they wouldnt have to redraw the maps as much. the only map altering tech's madara has would be PS and the meteor. So im pretty sure PS is an EMS tech not a Rinnegan tech but im not sure. If you know please explain how you came to that conclusion or sight the manga if it is stated directly.

I think the manga has implied that Perfect Susanoo is primarily an EMS technique, especially since Onoki seemed to question why Madara did not use his full power during their encounter (this being before he'd awakened the Rinnegan, clearly).

well i dont think it assisted him i think that he released it and it became a non factor and hashi beat him by his own skill because in the latest episode it showed how he released the nine tails but not how he would controll it i think hashi could surpress the tailed beasts but i dont think they would do his bidding

so madaras full power isnt perfect susano like in the past and hashiramas full power doesnt surpass perfect susano? its foolish to even try to use BS logic like that because madara said that because hashirama beat him at full power which is the perfect susano in the past. that is why madara said "could" because hashirama isnt around anymore.

It's logical to conclude that PS is an EMS ability because Susano'o is awaked with two MS eyes, one of Tsukuyomi and the other of Amaterasu. The EMS enhances Susano'o 's power to make it PS. If PS is from the Rinnegan, then Nagato should've had no problem at all using PS considering he's an Uzumaki with very large chakra reserves, so large that having Rinnegan active the whole time was just like Itachi with Sharingan, minimal drain on chakra.

Therefore, it's logical to conclude Madara used PS against Hashirama, otherwise why would he praise Hashirama so much if Madara didn't use his full power against Hashirama and lose? I'm pretty sure Madara would use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu given an opportunity, unless he knew Hashirama was already prepared against them due to their frequent fighting.
