sm Jiraiya is very immuned to tsukuyumi and i've got proof firstly we all know its quite difficult to use tsukuyumi on a perfect jinchuruki, and again we all know in sage mode jiraiya uses ma and pa so as to attain perfect sage mode, which means in sage mode jiraiya becomes a jinchuruki for ma and pa, though his bijuu might not have plenty chakra, but then in sage mode jiraiya automatically has three minds, his, Ma's and pa's which makes him totaly immune to tsukuyumi, though my explanation might be unclear bt its true.

perfect jinks arent immune to tysukuyomi, if they get caught in it they will still feel the effect of it, they could be in tysukuyumi for 3 seconds and kurama can brake naruto out of it but those 3 seconds it took for kurama to brake naruto out of it would be like 3 hours of pain.

kakashi even states tysukuyomi is a instant genjutsu when he was talking to lady chiyo.

ma and pa or a tailed beast wouldnt be able to brake them out of it becaise its stant, sure ma and pa can brake jiraiya out of it but not instantly, thus jiraiya would still feel the pein of tysukuyomi.

also itachis tysukuyomi isnt normal stated by him it can only be broken by someone with the same blood as him and etc

now obviously there are a few exceptions like a tailed beast, but ma and pa arent residing in jiraiya as a host, so we cant even say forsure ma and pa would be able to brake him out of it.

so in the end tysukuyomi>> sm jiraiya

jiraiya even states to ma and pa he isnt much of a genjutsu user

EEHHHHHHHHH!!! Wrong. I don't want to go looking for the pages but it's stated in the manga that only someone who is blood related to the user of Tsukuyomi can break out of it, that's how Sasuke broke out of it.
