Rock Lee (8th gate, Drunken master, and removal of weights) Vs Raikage

I just wanted to know who would be faster since they say Raikage is "Fastest" but I don't think he would go faster than Lee.

Who would win?

8th gate could surpass the 5 kages strengths, but as the Gate of death he will die after using it. Drunken master is when he takes a sip of sake he becomes faster and I believe he has better reflexes.

When he takes of his weights his speed incredibly increases.

Lee is my favorite character but I just wanted to know if Lee can beat Raikage or any Kage in that form?

He might not be but he doesn't have to automatically use the 8th gate. He can fight with every other gate and use gate of Healing at the end. he will have all his energy and strength back. and the 8th gate can surpass ALL the 5 Kages power.
