We already know that Kakashi's eyesight is blur due to using the ms even though he's not an uchiha. Whether Obito turns good or not I think he'll die at the end of this war and Kakashi will get his other eye, then awaken the ems by overlapping it with his current eye although I don't know if the same person's eyes can be turned to the ems by overlapping one another:confused:.
