well the kabuto haters will say he'll be a good boy and go back to the hospital or whatever
but the kabuto fans will say, he will wake up and then go do something to harm both sides as he probably is not pissed and since he never trusted tobi really..he will try to challenge everyone : the allied forces as well as akatsuki remnants..

i personally think that he will snap out of izanami somehow....and he will stir things up with an very special edo..someone who is strong and it might be shisui uchiha :P
