Manily because of part 1 Sakura. She was useless, her personality was annoying, her voice was scretchy and all she did was cry.

Shes not annoying. Its just, the only reason I hate her is because she spends all this time working on Medical ninjutsu and strength, but she still can't even protect herself.

I find her annoying because:
1. She was hopelessly in love with Sasuke, and treated Naruto like shit.
2. She kept on loving Sasuke for so long even after all the horrible things he had done.
3. Her constant crying.
4. That scene when she was planning on stopping Naruto and Sasuke by jumping in between them when they were using Chidori and Rasengan. Literally the stupidest thing I've ever seen a character do in the Manga/Anime
5. Her fight with Ino in the Chuniin exams, 20 minutes of dramatic, boring, pointless, flashbacks which were all about their stupid fighting over Sasuke.
But I do admit, she has gotten better, there's no denying that :D
