What the hell??

10 years of writing naruto, loads of them having ninjas explain the world naruto is living in, ninjas, techniques, the great countries blah blah.

And now all of a sudden we have these guys who ninja FEAR???

Is it just me or is it just really random and shit??

Its like reading Harry potter and some goblin comes along and kicks voldemort in the nads and kills him.

Or reading riftwar sage and suddenly a random race comes along who can stop "the enemy" in one easy swoop.

Or reading lord of the rings and having charlie the unicorn beat sauroman.

I dont mind having new characters introduced, but it seems really gay that we have been reading naruto for 10 years now and suddenly an entire race who the ninja fear (meaning theyre probably more powerful) has randomly turned up.

Hey I say bring on the randomness. It took 10yrs for Kishi to draw black characters so why not add a samurai?

in the first years of the series naruto does not have any reason to travel outside the realm of ninja nor was he qualified to do so

and it sorta makes since because in real life you dont discover new stuff til u
leave the area that ur accostomed to

Odds are, the samurai use chakra, but do it differently then the ninja of the Naruto world. It's probably something that negates what ninjutsu can create and forces melee or something. It could also be shear numbers. It could be a lot of things. But you figure, these guys allow the world's 15 most powerful(theoretically) ninjas talk their problems out because all 15 are gonna be too shook to do anything stupid. They gotta be something to marvel at. I wanna see what they can do.

they regulate their chakra in a way that would allow them to have lots of stamina and increase their power in their swinging of their sword and also to increase their speed thats all they really do they will be equally as strong as shinobi because they will be super fast so it will need good reactions from the ninja to counter the samurai's attacks so the samurai will provide a good fight and no one should underestimate samurai because they are one of the worlds best renound warriors with lots of disiplin so you can expect alot from them

I think the Samurai use jutsus just like ninja. They probably just have a different fighting style and maybe more numbers, since if they remain neutral they arent out getting killed.

actually samurai appeared in the manga along time ago as gato's body gaurds the first of the evil villans that naruto and gang encounter within the wave country but they were weak as shit and disgrace the samurai name

Who said they are moderated? The 5 Kage don't seem to have the intentions to kill each other... All except Danzo seem to actually be decent, Raikage just seems hot tempered. We don't know exactly how strong they are.

I don't think these guys are above Kage level, sure the Tsuchikage says Shinobi fear them, but I don't think he meant every single Shinobi.. I don't think Mifune can 'moderate' the 5 Kage if it came to a brawl..
