It's not assumption; Obito was ready to continue on with the plan without Madara after Nagato used Rinne Tensei on the Konoha Villagers.

no! he said he NEVER was planning on doing so like he wrote the fukn manga. Its aggravating, that he actually thinks he KNOWS that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi. Its laughable at best. Like I said you need two MS abilities. Sasuke has AMATERASU and ENTON KAGUTSUCHI. And no, Itachi does not have Enton. Just because the narutowiki says he has Tsuki means nothing. Its a damn wiki anybody can write that. Now say it with me sasuke has ENTON not Tsukuyomi! Old data book when Itachi was the only caster of Susanoo is your only defense but you cant nothing else thats credible. When Sasuke used genjutsu on Danzo it was a regular genjutsu and Danzo complimented him on casting him in it but he also said "This is nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi." Its not far fetched to say Danzo saw every technique that his Root Members had.
