Pretty awesome I'd say. I'ts only 15 episodes in though. I kind of like to catch my anime near or after they've ended so i can watch it when i want. I hate waiting a whole week just for 20 minutes of action

Kubo himself said he plans for Bleach to continue for a long time. He stated that it could last for another 10 years with everything he has to cover. It's not some rumor or speculation, it's an estimated time by the author. Remember how long the Winter War Arc was?

Things still needed to be covered:
- Ichigo's lineage and connection to Kaien
- Yachiru backstory
- Squad Zero
- Grimmjow's return
- 5/12 Bankai
- The Ishida situation

And much more. It's not going to be done for a little while longer.

1-2 years should be enough to cover most the stuff.

As I said before, the arc before the Fullbring Arc lasted about 7-8 years. Bleach won't end any time soon according to Kubo. He also said this would be the longest arc he makes. It's not going anywhere.

Next "Bleach" Manga Arc Teased in Weekly Shonen Jump

Tite Kubo's Bleach, long time Jump mainstay and hit franchise is about to go into its next arc in the manga, with the teaser ad in the latest issue of the anthology teasing at the possibility of it being the final leg of the long-running story.


Of course, cynics will point out that the arc will not be the last and will invariably stretch on for volumes as found in the following comments from 2ch:

I thought "So I'm finally hearing it's the last arc" but if it's going to be longer than the Arrancar arc its going to continue for another 30 volumes.


Personally, I'd like to see Kubo fix his massive issues with pacing and characterization, but the fact that I'm still reading and watching even after all of the issues means that he must be doing something right. I would have dropped it a long time ago, otherwise. What about you guys? Anyone looking forward to more Bleach, or have you given up?

Just to set the stage here, recall that a lot of these arc's are sort of "fan named", and in Kubo's mind, Bleach has actually only had 3 arcs.

The "Ichigo becomes a soul reaper arc"

The "Aizen arc" which encompasses every small smaller arc from "saving rukia" up to "The fake karakura town" and the defeat of Aizen.

and the "Fullbring arc"

Kubo's words were that bleach would have 2 more arc's after aizen, one small "regain your powers" arc(fullbring) and one Large arc, that in his word's would be comparable in length to the Aizen arc. Keeping this in mind, bleach could indeed last almost 10 more years, because the Aizen arc itself lasted around 10 years, when all the mini arcs are consolidated into the one main arc as Kubo see's it.

I always think first and then post. No offence but you should do it too.

You must have a theory about ichigo being related to the shiba clan then? Would make sense one of the noble family's.
Also you forgot that he may introduce the soul king as well.
