And as it is, with the upgrade to vB 4 you can always use the mobile layout, it makes browsing easier. No app required, and browsing by mobile is easier.
NB host some copyrighted content, I don't think the app will make it for much time on either of the app stores. So it'd be a waste of time.

If people used the search bar so they can see that this suggestion has been made before and that it cannot be implemented because of copyright issues.
