18?...he's already 16/17 isn't he. I think around 20 owuld be good - just another 2-3 year time-skip.
I reckon Kishi has most of the manga sussed out.

1) i think he will reunite team 7, or show sasuke that madara is the one who really killed his clan and therefore let sasuke attack madara with the help of naruto. sasuke will probably die in the end, naruto becomes hokage. no narusaku, probably no marriages.

3) with the speed he's doing it at the moment, 1-2 years. if he would hurry, half a year.
