I have no problem with konahamaru learning these tech., but he and naruto are in the same generation people, he will be a great ninja but he will not surpass naruto, even if he get's a tailed beast put in him naruto has the strongest one. Now the reason for his progress is the fact that when naruto learns something he can explain it better so others learn faster.
The 3rd was great so his direct family has the same in them
but
the 4th was said to be the greatest ninja the village made, and his son will surpass HIM.

C'mon guys... these guys learned it quickly, and by having their clones shoulder some of the work. Minato INVENTED the technique.
