Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

I want you to gather all lightning chakra to your arm, so much it becomes visible. Then thrust it in a tree. Memorize hand-seals until you master lightning xD

*builds up an immense amount of lightning chakra after practicing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey handseals a few times. I then focus the lighting chakra to my arm to the point where it becomes visible. I then dash towards a tree and thrust my hand and or arm into the body of the tree.

Advantage- short ranged very powerful, could have many uses
Disadvantage- hella handseals
