Look what i have found in some ancient ruins in albania in front of the symbol is a thrown

Coincidence.
Uchiha is the name for a certain type of fen in Japan (Often used in summertime).
The Uchiha Clan symbol simply shows the form of an Uchiha fen.
The fen Madara is using as weapon is also such an Uchiha type fen.
I dont think Kishi got inspired by other countries symbols (in this case).

EDIT: I forgot to mention:
This Japanese fen name is usually transcribed as “Uchiwa”. So if you check at google for it, you will find a lot of fens like the on the Uchiha crest.

i dont think kishi is inspired from that but i wanted to post it here becouse its an ancient city and when i saw it, it resembled like the uchiha symbal

Nah, it means nothing, to my country. =P Not a special symbol. Well...maby it means something, but at my country, never saw someone on Tv talking about it.
