I will edit this post later with the students selected. I had kept it open in the hopes that a Kaguya student without training would reply but guess not. I shall however, keep it open in case there are any Kaguya who wish to receive training. Note, this goes for those in the Kaguya Usergroup who passed their test AFTER Febuary 27, 2012 because as the rules state, you must have been trained to use these jutsus.

No one wishing to receive training in taijutsu and/or Kaito's tai reply after this post.

i asked permission awhile back, when i didn't have tai mastered, and now that i do, i think our VMs about it still make me eligible? Since he said when you ask again you'll have your permission then

As Solf said, you need to regain permission and as of now, permissions aren't being given out until a decision can be reached regarding this. Also, that isn't expressive permission, just him saying you could get the permission later. As no one else had proof of gettting permission for NB Tai, I will only have the one student.
