When did Kakashi learned the RASENGAN? and why he is not using it during his fight?

So is it after or before rin's death? and why he is not using this "A"-Rank Ultra-High Grade Level Jutsu during his fight?

Remember minato perfected the rasengan in 3 yrs so probably minato teach the rasengan to kakashi maybe after rins death?(not sure)............. any ideas?

There is no need to learn the rasengan when he can just copy it.he copied from jiraiya I thIink

The Fourth may have tought him the Rasengan in the past. Kakashi could also have copied it from Jiraiya or Naruto.

I think he learn it 4rm the fourth but since he couldn't add his lightning affinity into it,he made the chidori. Note: it was before he got his sharingan.

And he isn't using it for the same reason he isn't using his other 999 jutsu's he's copied. He would be overpowered. AND if he started using the Rasengan it would make naruto's Rasengan insignificant. Even though I'd love to see Kakashi hit someone with a Rasengan mixed with his Raikiri. I would name it Rasenchi chidori+Rasengan

LOL, then any guy with sharingan, ofc uchihas too, can copy rasengan... NO JUST NO, i saw the picture from manga... kakashi said he was able to copy it, but i guess its just another plot hole...
sharingan allows to copy hand seals

and this is how a guy with the doojutsu copies a jutsu ... BUT rasengan does not require any seals/signs... u dont have to copy it, u just have to learn it, know how to do it, so yeah, most likely yondaime tought his pupil the technique )

it didn't weave any sign so i think he cant copy it. if i remember correctly kakashi knows rasengan.but due to he cant put a element affinity to the rasengan. he created raikiri. if kakashi copied it why until now he can use it.? in zabuza part haku unfold kakashi's secret that he can copy a jutsu once. so i think minato taught him rasengan.
EDIT: kakashi said that if when naruto is about to learn fuuton its something like this "if its easy to put element affinity to rasengan i wound t bother create raikiri"

he said he copied it with his sharingan but he couldent go any further than that, he even tried to mix his own chakra into it
