A's primary fighting style is taijutsu. He enhances it with ninjutsu to create nintaijutsu but its still primarily taijutsu. Tsunade was mainly a taijutsu fighter with the ability to tank just about everything.

Unfortunately even with these two mentioned the complete and utter rape of the Sharingan/Rinnegan and ridiculously powerful ninjutsu buries taijutsu in its shadow.

Taijutsu is very common to every ninja but only a few are really enhanced in it and can use it better than others, Ninjutsu is used the most and is the best way to kill for almost every ninja. Genjutsu is rare well compared to nin and tai, and are designed to decieve and kill ur opponent- Genjutsu>Ninjutsu>Taijutsu.

Depends...it has relevence against low tier opponents, but once you get to upper Jonin level its about what Ninjutsu/ genjutsu you have.

Look at the Hyuga clan. So long as you aren't a upper Jonin/ Kage level it can be an even fight. Once a Kage level oppenent enters they eat the dirt because of A/S rank Ninjutsu...sure you can rotation, but how many times csn you do it before you don't have enough time to initiate it?! They have no range. Air palm is honestly not even that great from what I csn tell :/

It is disappointinf they have practically killed Taijutsu for god like Ninjutsu...sure they look cool, but what part of Ninja is described in the dropping of not one, but TWO meteors?!

One thing i dont like about naruto is that they just train ninjutsu.. Perhaps they could show naruto training hard at taijutsu as well cuz then i underestimate naruto highly in tai
Anyways the fight scenes in the new opening (naruto opening 12) had some awesome taijutsu scene and some fights do have short but great taijutsu scenes but still they are too short

LOL everytime you comment its to belittle the hyuuga but seriously they have made guy sensei able to go toe to toe with top tier ninja i mean hes holding his own against obito and now madara is in the mix i dont see him dying

Lets take the sannin, as example:

Tsunade ( Taijutsu master)> Orochimaru ( skilled genjutsu user)> Jiraiya ( skilled ninjutsu user) > Tsunade ( Taijutsu master)
