Someone can't point out something interesting without other people flaming him. I agree they look similar in that angle. Minato is able to understand how a jutsu works and rikudo was the first person who understood how chakra work. That is another similarity between them.

I think Kishi drew Minato like that as a reference that he was to be the savior of the world, they're both saviors of the world, plus Jiraiya called him the child of prophecy. :ice:
