no. tsunades strength is unique to her. otherwise kakashi would be liek "oh i see so she inherited the first hokages strength" and so would chiyo who lived in the era of tobiramas reign.

i dont understand what your saying also uzumaki are senju descendants, same thing applies for uchihas and hyugos. senju carries more chackra than uzumaki

Toka who's genjutsus are even superior than MS, and have massive amount of chackra. by now I'm quite aware you know what Tsunade is capable of, and i smell a SM down the road. so my point was not because hashirama was the only one who could use makuton makes him the only one with strong chackra force. all senju has it, thats what common among them, just like the uchiha, all of the have sharingan, but only few have MS and only 2 ever have EMS.

no. he doesnt have any healing abilities whatsoever. space time comes in many forms and in a way ET is a space time jutsu. as for suiton, kisame and mei have shown the same level of suiton

no. actually she was stated as his granddaughter when jiraiya was finding reasons for her to be HOKAGE. her unnatural strength was repeatedly stated by chiyo jiraiya and kakashi as purely unique to her and then inherited by sakura.
