[Theory] Danzo and The Uchiha massacre

What I think happened:

Danzo was suspicious of the Uchiha after the fox attack, but he lacked evidence to do anything.

Shisui was ordered by Danzo use Kotoamatsukami on the clan so that they would plan a Coup.

Itachi was Shisui's friend, He looked up to him. Itachi found out the plans & convinced Shisui to correct his mistake.

Then he tried to use Koto again so the clan would stop their plans, but instead Danzo stopped him.

I don't think he can do it on a large scale, i think he ment using it on the clan leader of the Uchiha.
And he would need to wait 10 years for him to use it again. Nice theory though!

It did say that he was planning to use it on the clan to stop the Coup. That suggests that he can use it on a large scale.

Yes but to use a eye technique on a clan doesn't mean every member that's just impossible you can't disagree with that, if he uses it on the leader who will convince the clan to stop it that would be much smarter.

That would probably end up similar to what happened with Madara, the Clan would turn on their leader.

Possible Danzou was a filthy rat doing what he did so him doing this 2 isnt shocking.

I think Shisui couldn't use his eyes rapidly. This must be said in the chapter Danzo fought Tobi, bu I can't remember it clearly.

He did have two eyes & Both have been shown to be able to use Koto.

Why on earth make it more complicated than what is said in the manga.

Probably not cause Danzo didn't trust him? Why he didn't doesn't matter, probably more reliable to believe Danzo tricked him and stole his eye, but if Shisui told that to Itachi he would just get pissed. Shisui didn't want that, he realized he failed and had to make itachi do it..

Unfortunately (for you, I'm glad it's done) I think that the plot progression for Danzo has finally come to an end. After Itachi showed Sasuke "everything" with his genjitsu before his second death there's nothing more to be said or told about that part of the story.
