Well, Kamui would do the trick if someone could manage to hit him. Also, I don't quite remember, did Naruto manage to hit him with a Rasenshruriken during their fight, or did he miss ? Either way, my guess is that that would destroy his shield, but the again, I'm not sure if that has already been disproved or not

Perhaps Deidara self-destruct, given that they were hugging while he explodes and raikage don't try to run...
Or perhaps the particle dust technique it seems pretty rough turning everything into dust.
Itachis Sword of Totsuka could probably also do him in, but that just seals him
