How can Onnoki ride on the Raikages back without getting shocked?

it looks like onoki is within his lightning armor so naturally its more like an armor suit so it wouldnt do any harm ?

Well, Raikage can control the lightning in his body so he probably made sure that nothing happens to Onoki... that, or Onoki used chakra inside his body to turn everything into rock, which is not susceptible to lightning...

If you look at the bottom when A punches Susanoo you can see that Onoki is inside the Lightning Armour.

Might be because he has wind release, so he wouldn't take damage from lightning by releasing, thus however, creating a spot on raikages back that would be pretty open to attacks, tho gaara probably provides cover in case..
