[Predictions] Could the Eye of the Moon plan be a bluff?

This is all prediction after reading Chapter 605.

As we saw, after looking at the moon, Obito did a huge attack.

Could it be that there was some huge power gain connected with the moon after activating the MS?
He was doing normal physical attacks until he unleashed a ninjutsu after looking at the moon.
There seems to be some connection with the moon especially according to Obito when he was talking about his Eye of the moon plan originally.
