I don't think she was sealed in the Reaper. I don't think Minato was either. If you remember the battle between the Third vs. First and Second, Orochimaru tried to Edo three boxes but Third was able to stop the third one from coming out, thus, only the First and the Second were revived. I believed that the third coffin would have been the Fourth. So, the mom was probably not Edo-ed because she has no use in the war. After all, her suppression power would work against Tobi's agenda...

i dont think she's sealed in shiki fujin.. minato just sealed some of her chakra into the 4 element seal, the shiki fujin never acted as a catalyst for it though, that was just minato and kurama's yin half that got sealed, she just used most of her chakra and minato used the last of it inside naruto's seal

Minato sealed both him and Kushina. Hiruzen sealed 1st and 2nd along with himself and Oro's hands.

She could be brought back, because Minato sealed himself AND Kuramas Yang Chakra.
He sealed the last Chakra of Kushina with another Seal in Naruto, and we all know what happens with person that have 0 Chakra, right they die, so Kushina died a "normal" dead and wasnt sealed like every one states. If someone dont believe me, you can reread the chapter where Naruto meet his mother

Probably is possible as she wasn't the one who used the seal and was instead kept inside of Naruto, and if Orochimaru could attempt to revive the 4th Hokage that means that he had DNA from him meaning that Kushina's body was in a grave as well.

But we may never know, it'd be quite useless to revive his mother (other than killing her soul and having her attack Naruto for the ultimate mind f***)
