Sakura proves to us that she has overcome the training that Tsunade had given to her in the past.

She already knows how to evade enemy attacks, sense when an enemy is near her, attack at the right moment, when to not keep her guard down, and etc.

Furthermore, I believe that all she has to do now is learn some kick-azz genjutsu.

Every technique she performs at the moment. Even when forming a bunshin Kakashi noted in part 1 that she knows how to handle her chakra in the most effective way from Naruto and Sasuke. That's why she was able to become a medic nin.

Tsunade is not the weakest Kage, she's the Kage that managed to keep them all alive through her knowledge and power.

umm.. well, no matter what, we know she'll surpass tsunade cause "past generations surpass blah lbha bla..." But I hate how (other than Sasori's battle), she's never shown any tactics in fighting. She just jumps up in the air and punches the ground when the bad guy (surprisingly) moves away.

I don't think she will surpass tsunade. Tsunade has an extreme amount of chakra. Sakura just focuses her chakra to her fist when she attacks, tsunade does the same, but tsunade has more chakra, so tsunade will always be stronger than her. She will do great as a medical ninja, but not as good as tsunade. Tsunade's talents comes from her grandparents, hashirama and Mito
