This is insulting me Kakashi had MS this young and he used it only in Naruto part 2 ?

Why didnt Kakashi used MS in Naruto part 1 ?

And dont tell me because he had not enugh chakra that is just a BS to let Kishi go away with this !

Its like Naruto part 1 was another manga and NOT Naruto !
