For me it's Kakashi killing Rin because I thought "why would a 13 year old kid kill his team mate?"

Kakashi killing rin? We do not even know why did that happen? It could be genjutsu or Rin may turn out to be a spy ,thus killing her maybe appropriate.

Obito actually turning out to be Tobi...when I first started consistently following the manga I only knew about Tobi and initially thought oh it's Obito because of the third hokage funeral when Kakashi visits the grave...but then I went back and after seeing how he was crushed said nevermind

When deidara knocked out gaara with his nano bombs and the demon didn't come out-__- plot no jutsu it clearly said when gaara is unconcious the demon is suppose to take over Thts why gaara used genjutsu on himself to knock himself out against naruto and naruto had to wake him
Tht was plot no jutsu gaara should've had the demon come out and eat deidara whole -_-
