If I remember correctly, Konan said Obito can only phase through objects for only 5min. And Sasuke was able to keep up his Sussano for even a longer period of time(as seen with his fight against Danzou). I say Sasuke takes this.

It will most likely be a tough fight but I think obito will win because the fact that he was able to know how to use the kamui at that point and his skills has changed.

I think sasuke can manage a win over obito but without any info I think obito could win because susanoo arrows couldn't even touch him he has shown to be able to defend vs amaterasu (or at least warp it away) so besides genjutsu he may win no joke

Obito did say that if Itachi knew his secret he would have been killed by Itachi. This means that there is some way to hit Obito without having to use Kamui like Kakashi was doing. We just don't know that secret yet. So until its known how to really counter Obito then obviously Obito would win. I think its obvious that there is a clear counter to Obito's MS abilities that hasn't been revealed yet. Why would Kishi give someone an technique like this and then turn around and say "Every technique has a weakness". What would have happen if Obito takes his sharigan back from Kakashi when the battle resumes(I think this is going to happen anyway). There is a way to hit him without Kamui because Obito pretty much states this, it just haven't been revealed.

First off, Sasuke killed tons of ninja without getting a drip of blood on him way quicker with 3T and then was called a genius by orochimaru. Obito's fight is nothing to how many Sasuke fought without anger. Sasuke MS > Obito MS
