Kakakshi's MS

Before i begin i would like to note that i had accurately predicted a few things about the chapter not that it was too hard to predict these particular events >read this thread to get a better understanding.
I pointed out how kakashi would most likely be rendered unconscious because kakashi had no idea obito was alive and i'm pretty sure kakakshi would remember such an event if he knew obito saved him and he would also remember the event if some random ninja saved so there was no way of moving the story forward unless kakashi took a quick dirt nap.Swirly zetsu offered took fight in his steed so it was pretty obvious at least to me that he would eventually take over to fight the rain nin and as it turned out kakashi did indeed pass out and obito did let swirly zetsu take over to some extent anyway.
What this thread is about is kakashi' ms at that point in time kakashi just recently got the sharingan maybe two three months ago tops note that he was not a uchiha and has or had particularly low chakra reserves up to that point also keep in mind he did not know about the mangekyo sharingan when he killed rin the ms was not his intention so he did not have the same mind set going in when he killed her.So why would anybody fret over him not using an eye tech that he had no idea he unlocked,how to unlock it or how to use it ?In the first arc of shippuden kakashi mentions he read the uchiha tablet i reckon he read it after finding out why sasuke left what he hoped to achieve and came to the understanding of the circumstances he went through and came to the realization that he could use it to.remember for two years kakashi was able to train himself as his team was splintered and was training with the sanin.coming to grips with what he did allowed him to awaken the dormant power inside him.There was no plot hole and kakshi was not holding back the ms because until
the ending of the first part kakshi had no idea what the ms was so there was no way he could of used it

Ahhh that would take a bit of searching i cannot remember exact moment it was either after the battle with deidara or during but it is definitely in there
