Wait, what? Kishi's been killing people on the good side throughout his manga. Kubo did what? He can kill them off now because he didn't have the balls to kill them off before. Ichimaru's the closest thing to a good side that's been killed off. All he did was just powering them up and giving shit excuses like "I can't afford to die" to not making them die. Bleach finally is becoming interesting, with fights where you actually don't know who's gonna win or lose apart from before, where you could be certain that the bad guy will get his ass whooped. He is finally killing off people from the good side, but that's like 5 years ****ing late.

Juha just killed the most powerful Shinigami in Soul Society's history. So how will chumps like Grimmjow or Ichigo be a match for him now? Ichigo will probably be the hero by the end of the story but not now. The only ones who could even conceivable pose a threat for Juha is Squad Zero.

Most likely Unohana. Her and Shunsui are the two oldest/strongest captains, but Shunsui is of course Shunsui, and he wouldn't fit the role very well.
